Jennifer is native of West Virginia and first moved to Asheville in 1998. She has left and returned to Asheville 3 different times proving the theory that Asheville is the happiest place to live in the country.
With 23 years in the hospitality industry she’s crafted amazing experiences to remember for thousands of people. Jennifer has been with Haiku since its beginnings over 6 years ago.
She’s ready to guide your special day in the perfect direction.
La “Kisha” Blount
Wedding & Event Coordinator
She coordinates them, officiates them, and sprinkles in just enough magic to make them unforgettable. When she's not turning “I dos” into “heck yeses” at Haiku, she's painting like a woman possessed, wrangling two dogs (including a three-legged Houdini with a PhD in escape artistry), and fantasizing about horses and cowboys like it’s a full-time job. Equal parts planner, poet, and paint-splattered creative—she keeps things running smooth with a smile and just the right amount of moxie.

Dawnn is a true lover of stories—both the ones found in books and the ones we create in life. As the proud owner of Chapters Book Stop, she’s built a cozy haven for fellow book lovers. When she’s not surrounded by stories, she’s likely doting on her dogs or organizing something to perfection (she’s got an eye for the details!). Thoughtful, passionate, and endlessly supportive, Dawnn brings heart and harmony to everything she touches

An ordained Universalist Minister, Darr can assist any couple in choosing the perfect vows for their special day. With 17 years of experience and over 1600 ceremonies performed, we can assure you that you will be in the best of hands.
Amber "Bunny" Myers
Ordained through the American Marriage Ministries, Reverend "Bunny" is one of the sweetest, funniest people Haiku knows. She has an easy-going personality that will put any nervous bride or groom at ease.
Jay Webb
Jay is a believer in love at first sight! As an ordained minister, she strives to listen to and understand your unique love story - working to meaningfully express that with her word craft and expressions during your ceremony.
Em Fehr
Em is excited to celebrate your unique love! Ordained through Spirit of Love Ministries, and a member of the lgbtqia+ community, she believes in the magic of ceremony and the joy of all love. Em will help you commemorate your partnership with all the delight and laughter your fabulous love inspires
Kisha Blount
