A Welcome Party Without All the Fuss
This is not a formal rehearsal dinner or a private venue rental.
It is a casual welcome party during Haiku’s regular Thursday bar night—much like inviting everyone to meet you at a favorite brewery, only here you’ll be gathering in the garden.
There is no seating chart, plated dinner or formal catering plan to manage. Guests can order food, purchase drinks, play yard games and spend time together at their own pace.

You know how wedding guests can meet up at a brewery before the big day? This is Haiku’s garden version.
Invite your family, wedding party and out-of-town guests to join you during our Thursday bar night. Haiku remains open to the public, while your group enjoys a reserved gathering area and exclusive use of the back patio.
A food truck will be available on-site, drinks will be flowing and your guests can settle into the wedding weekend without another formal event to plan.

We’ll reserve a place for your group during Haiku’s Thursday bar night.

Food truck available on-site
Guests purchase their food from the evening’s food truck and order drinks from Haiku’s main bar.

A food truck will be scheduled for your booked Thursday night, giving guests the freedom to order what they want and purchase their meals individually.
Food-truck selections will vary depending on the date and vendor availability. Haiku will coordinate the food truck, so the couple does not have to arrange separate catering, select a formal menu or collect meal choices from guests.
Add a Dedicated Satellite Bar — $500
Give your guests a bar of their own.
Haiku will set up a temporary satellite bar in your reserved area, transfer the beer, liquor, mixers and necessary supplies, and bring in an additional bartender dedicated to your party.
Guests purchase their own drinks directly from the satellite bar.

A Few Things to Know
Thursday Garden Welcome Parties are available on select Thursdays and must be reserved at least 30 days in advance.
Haiku remains open to the public during Thursday bar night. Your group’s gathering area and the back patio will be reserved, but this is not a full venue buyout.
Formal dining tables, individual place settings, catering service and table service are not included.
Food and drinks are purchased individually by guests.
Thursday bar night is open from 4–10 PM.
Maximum attendance is 60 guests.
