Unlike our Thursday Garden Welcome Party, Friday rehearsal dinners include exclusive use of the venue. The gates close to the public, the garden belongs to your guests and we prepare the space around the kind of celebration you want to host.
Choose between a relaxed party with music, cocktails and casual seating—or an elevated garden soirée with formal tables, vintage china and vintage glassware.
All the Party Vibes — $4,000
For couples who want less formal dinner and more actual party.
This relaxed Friday buyout replaces assigned seats and a traditional dining setup with music, cocktails, high-top tables and comfortable places to land.
Guests can eat when they are hungry, move around the garden, catch up with old friends and dance when the music gets good.

Formal dining tables, assigned seating, vintage china and vintage glassware are not included. Disposable plates, cups, flatware and other food-service items must be supplied by the couple or the selected food provider.
Food and beverages are purchased separately.
A Few Things to Know About; All the Party Vibes & The Garden Soirée
Both packages include three hours of private event time and accommodate up to 150 guests, depending on the layout. Additional time is $1,000 per hour, and reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
Couples select, book and pay their food provider. The Garden Soirée requires an approved full-service caterer.
Both packages include Haiku’s main bar and bartender. A satellite bar and additional bartender may be added for $500. Food, alcohol and specialty rentals are not included, and outside alcohol is not permitted.
The Garden Soirée — $5,500
For couples who want the tables dressed, the china placed and the whole garden prepared for an elevated evening together.
The Garden Soirée is our formal Friday rehearsal dinner experience. Haiku handles the venue setup so your guests can gather around beautifully dressed tables and enjoy dinner in the garden.
You select an approved full-service caterer, and we prepare the tables, chairs, linens, place settings, bars and gathering spaces.
