Unlike our Thursday Garden Welcome Party, Friday rehearsal dinners include exclusive use of the venue. The gates close to the public, the garden belongs to your guests and we prepare the space around the kind of celebration you want to host.

With the Welcome Party Buyout, the gates close to the public and the entire venue is reserved exclusively for you and your guests. Gather in the garden, enjoy cocktails, share good food and begin the wedding weekend somewhere that feels special.

The Welcome Party Buyout gives your group room to move throughout Haiku’s garden and gathering spaces without sharing the venue with the public.
Bring in the food you love, order drinks from the bar, gather around the fire pits and spend the evening welcoming friends and family to Asheville.

The couple selects, books and pays its food provider. Disposable or compostable plates, cups, flatware and other food-service items are supplied by the couple or food provider.
Food, alcohol and rentals are purchased separately.
A Few Things to Know About; The Welcome Party Buy Out
The Welcome Party Buyout includes three hours of private event time and accommodates up to 150 guests, depending on the layout. Additional time is $1,000 per hour, and reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
Couples select, book and pay their food provider. Food-service items and any desired rentals are supplied by the couple or food provider.
The package includes Haiku’s main bar and bartender. A satellite bar and additional bartender may be added for $500.
Food, alcohol and rentals are not included. All alcoholic beverages must be provided and served through Haiku. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
